How many party buses do you have?
Currently, we have two 20-46 passenger buses in operation. Due to high demand, we recommend you book your bus with as much notice as possible. Occasionally, we do have some last minute availability. We will be adding more buses to our fleet in the near future check back often for updates on new buses.
How do I book a bus?
Very simple, contact our office during regular business hours 10-6pm M-F at 604-535-6900, ext. 6951. Or send us an email anytime. Our staff requires information including your name, address, telephone number, email address, occasion, type of event and the name of the guest of honor if applicable. Once we receive a deposit your booking will be confirmed.
Do I receive a contract when I book a bus?
Yes, we provide a contract outlining all the intinerary, policies and procedures regarding your booking.
Do I need a deposit? What payments do you accept?
$200 deposit is required to secure the booking. Deposits can be made via credit card over the phone during regular business hours or through our website by filling out the book now form and clicking the pay now button.
The event fee is separate from the damage deposit and is payable in cash to the driver or bus host before your departure. Or can be paid by credit card one business day in advance by contacting our office during regular business hours. BOOK NOW
If you are using a service that is widely-known to be a tipped service, such as restaurants, bars, hair salons, party buses etc., then I believe there is a moral obligation to tip for good service.

What kind of safety requirements do you have?
We are licensed and insured by all of the appropriate provincial and federal bodies. We carry maximum liability insurance, and are certified by the Canadain Motor Vehicle Safety Standards, National Safety Code and Passenger Transportation Board. Our drivers are professionals, and all hold valid Class 1 or 2 licenses.
What are we allowed to do on the Party Buses?
You can party, dance, sing, as long as its safe and you're having fun!

Is it true all the nightclubs have time arrival restrictions?
Yes, all clubs have time arrival restrictions. This is the policy of the nightclub, not Party Gras Bus. We have to arrive at all nightclubs by a specified time. Contact us for a list of clubs and time arrival restrictions. These times are non-negotiable.
How do we know when to get back on the bus? Do you come inside looking for us?
Your driver or party host will announce all your boarding and departure times aboard the bus. It's your responsibility to catch the bus on time.
Does the bus wait if someone is late?
Sorry, due to strict time arrival restirctions and schedules, the bus cannot wait for late passengers. Your host will announce this rule aboard the bus to everyone at the beginning of the night.
I have some friends that can't meet the bus at the scheduled pick-up time. Can my friends jump on the bus later into the night?
Yes, however your friends must arrive at the party destinations the same time the bus is instructed to. (capacity must not be exceeded)
Do I have to be older than 19?
Yes and No. If you are going clubbing, then yes. And you will need to have two pieces of VALID I.D. that belongs to YOU. It's not very fun when your friends get in the club and you don't!
If you are a younger group. A legal guardian over the age of 19 must make the booking. We have plenty of activites for you to enjoy and we can drive around and party on the way. You DON'T have to have a "chaperone" but we need to know your parents know where you are.
What type of photo identification do I need?
Valid government issued photo Identification is required by ALL passengers (regardless of age) to enter licensed establishments. Must be at least 19 years of age. (drivers license, passport or a BC ID card). Intoxicated or barred patrons will not gain access into licensed establishments. All clubs reserve the right to refuse entry to any person(s) clearly intoxicated.
Can I leave my jacket, camera and purse on the bus?
Yes and No. If you are booking the exclusive use of the bus then, Yes. If you are booking the bus for non-exlusive use ie: a roundtrip transfer then, No, because we may have other bookings in between. Talk to the event host to arrange this. All personal items left on the bus are at your own discretion. We are not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged property during your tour.
There is no tolerance for any illegal items to be brought aboard at any time. This includes illegal drugs and weapons. Violation of this rule will result in immediate termination of the booking.
Do you have music on the bus? What format?
Yes, we have a large music library of the latest club hits as well as some favorites that are guaranteed to get the party movin'. CD's only. But its your party so we encourage you to burn your own CD's and bring with you and get the host to play your favorite tunes. We have ipod hookups on all our buses.
Where does the bus pick us up and drop us off? Do you drive everyone home at the end of the night?
The bus picks up everyone from one location of your choice (residence, restaurant, parking lot, your choice). At the end of the night, everyone is returned back to the original pick-up location. We can make can up to 2 additional stops at a different location if the drop off is along the way to the final party destination. This must be prearranged at time of booking. Sorry, we do not drive each person home at the end of the night.
Can the bus stop at ATM's, drive thru's etc on the way home?
Sorry, we cannot make any stops along the way.
Can you smoke on the bus?
No, our bus is a smoke free environment. British Columbia smoking bylaw prohibits smoking in all enclosed areas and workplaces.
Can we bring alcohol on the bus?
No, the Motor Vehicle Act prohibits alcohol on any motor vehicle. This includes all Vehicles including LIMO’S and PARTY BUSES.
Your welcome to bring as many non-alcoholic beverages as you want, as long as they are in plastic reseallable bottles to prevent spilling on the bus.
What if we want to go over our time?
If we don't have other guests to pick up, you are more than welcome to extend your stay with us. Talk to your bus host to make arrangements for the cost on the additional time.
Other Important Information: UNDERAGE PARTICIPANT POLICY:
The following is PARTY GRAS BUS policy for any Party Bus service in which any/all of the participants on board are not of legal drinking age. Additionally, any event deemed to be for the sole purpose of "touring" is herein classified as an "UNDERAGE DRIVE AROUND". PARTY GRAS BUS reserves the right to immediately cancel the event, all or in part, without refund or reimbursement should any of these terms be violated.
- UNDERAGE DRIVE AROUND events are limited to a maximum of three (3) hours and are subject to time and scheduling restrictions.
- A maximum of 46 passengers are permitted on board.
- Any participant deemed to be under the influence of alcohol and/or drugs will not be permitted to board the bus.
- Consumption of alcohol or drugs aboard our party buses is illegal and will be enforced with a zero-tolerance policy.
- It is our policy that authorities will be notified of any person(s) in possession of illegal drugs or minors in possession of alcohol.
- Participants are subject to a personal search by a PARTY GRAS BUS staff member before boarding a Party Bus.
- The legal guardian of the BOOKING GUEST must be present at both the pick-up and drop-off locations.
