Terms & Conditions
BOOKING DEPOSIT: Payment of the $200 (non-refundable) booking deposit constitutes acceptance of all Terms and Conditions outlined herein. Bookings are not guaranteed until a signed copy of the Booking Contract with a $200 deposit have been received by Party Gras Bus. The $200 deposit amount will be transferred to the damage deposit on the day of the event.
CANCELLATION POLICIES: Events cancelled less than 7 days prior to the event will forfeit $200 deposit collected by Party Gras Bus.
UNCONTROLLABLE ACTS, ACTS OF MOTHER NATURE: Party Gras Bus is not responsible for acts of God, acts of Mother Nature and/or circumstances that are beyond our control; including, but not limited to traffic congestion, road closures, accidents, flight delays, weather delays, etc.
DAMAGE LIABILITY: The Tour Guest will be required to provide in the amount of $200, (in addition to the $200 booking deposit) refundable after the date of the event and confirmation of the bus being left in sound condition Payment of this deposit constitutes acceptance of liability for any damages found to be the result of any Guest(s) actions during the event and/or service. The Booking Guest will be notified of any charges that will be made to the credit card or forfeiture of deposit.
EVENT DAMAGE: This damage insurance will cover up to a maximum of $200.00 in unintentional or incidental damages caused by Tour Guests registered on the event (i.e.; ripped seats, broken mirrors, broken windows, etc.) The Booking Guest will be responsible for damages over $250.00. By making deposit payment, I hereby agree to the following conditions: I authorize Party Gras Enterprises Inc. to charge my credit card or utilize funds from this deposit for damage or cleaning charges up to $200. Damages exceeding this amount will be invoiced and payment is required within thirty (30) days of the dated invoice. Failure to make payments on time will result in late charges, and/or outstanding invoices will be sent to a collection agency.
WAIVER FORMS: All Party Gras Bus Booking Guests must complete a Party Gras Bus event waiver form prior to boarding. In doing so, they will be agreeing to the following:
- INDEMNITY AGREEMENT:
WARNING! Party Gras Bus Events ARE CONSIDERED A DANGEROUS ACTIVITY
- The TOUR GUEST or his/her heirs and successors waive all claims against Party Gras Bus, its affiliates and their agents, employees, directors and officers from any liability or injury (including injury resulting in death) and damage or loss to property which may arise out of the participation on the activities and events provided, and caused by any act of failure to act to anyone, whether negligent or otherwise.
- Should a TOUR GUEST be under any incapacity or impairment from drugs, alcohol or other substances or means that would affect any liability to participate in the event, he/she cannot hold Party Gras Bus responsible.
IDENTIFICATION AS PROOF OF AGE: Guests require a minimum of two pieces of government issued identification as proof of legal age. They may be required to produce these at any time during the Event. Party Gras Bus is not responsible for any persons failing to produce proper identification.
UNDESIRABLE BEHAVIOR: Party Gras Bus reserves the right to terminate the event if the Tour Guest(s) engage in behavior that is detrimental to the well being and safety of Party Gras Bus representatives, and others on or off the tour.
PERSONAL ITEMS: Each Tour Guest is responsible for his/her own property while on this tour. Party Gras Bus is not responsible for lost, damaged and/or stolen items and will not be held liable for any property loss. Party Gras Bus is not responsible for any item(s) left at the risk of the TOUR GUEST(S) in the care of Party Gras Bus staff or affiliated company.
DRESS CODE: Tour Guest(s) must adhere to dress codes of all venues. Party Gras Bus will not be held responsible for any Tour Guest(s) refused entrance due to dress code violations.
DRUGS, ALCOHOL & SMOKING: The use of drugs is not permitted at any point during the tour. The consumption of alcohol, in accordance with local laws, is not permitted outside of licensed venues or in a vehicle at any time. Smoking is not permitted on any Party Gras Bus vehicle. Non-compliance may result in the termination of the event, ejection of the Tour Guest(s) from the event, or charges from local authorities.
VENUE RELEASE: Party Gras Bus will strive to ensure that the venues selected will meet the satisfaction of the customer. However, it is understood that the venues chosen have the ultimate decision of whether or not to accept patrons. Party Gras Bus cannot be held responsible for refusal of entrance regardless of the venues reasons. Furthermore, in the event that an unscheduled delay or rerouting occurs during an event or provision of service, any supplementary costs are the responsibility of the Tour Guest(s). If there should be a FUNDAMENTAL change in one or more components on the event, Party Gras Bus will notify the Tour Guest(s) as soon as possible.
UNUSED TOUR SERVICES: No refund will be issued for any unused event services or the cancellation of the event for any reason whatsoever.
CONCERNS OR COMPLAINTS: Should you have a complaint relating to your event or provision of service, you should inform a Party Gras Bus staff member during the course of the event or provision of service. If the matter cannot be resolved at this time, you must write Party Gras Bus within 30 days so that the problem may be fully investigated. Claims will not be considered outside that time.
GENERAL: The Tour Guest recognizes that Party Gras Bus and/or its representatives act only as agents for the various transportation companies, social venues, or other individuals or companies that provide the services to The Tour Operator. The Tour Operator assumes no liability in connection with the service of any transportation companies, social venue, individual or company that provides the services to the Tour Operator. The Tour Operator will not be held responsible for any act, error, omission, injury, loss, accident, delay or irregularity which may occur during the supply of these services on any part of the event or provision of service. Further, no responsibility is accepted for any personal injury, damages, or delay caused by sickness, pilferage, labor disputes, machinery break down, quarantine, government restraints, weather, act of god or any other cause. Party Gras Bus reserves the right to use any photographic image (still or moving) of a Tour Guest(s) for the purpose of promotional material to market current or future programs. Party Gras Bus is not responsible for, or required to reimburse or transfer any portion of the package as a result of the guest failing to board the bus, upon departure to and/or from a venue.
Underage Guest Policy:
The following is Party Gras Bus policy for any event or use of party bus transportation servictes in which any or all of the Guests on board are not of legal drinking age and/or do not wish to visit a licensed venue (i.e.; nightclub, bar, or pub).
- Any Guest deemed to be under the influence of alcohol and/or drugs will not be permitted to board the bus.
- Consumption of alcohol or drugs aboard our party buses is illegal and will be enforced with a zero-tolerance policy. It is our policy that authorities will be notified of any person(s) in possession of illegal drugs or minors in possession of alcohol. In addition, we ask that each Guests agrees to a "personal search" by our Event Hosts before boarding any of our busses.
- All Guests are restricted from bringing aboard our busses anything that could potentially contain a liquid, any food items, and/or sharp objects.
- Party Gras Bus reserves the right to cancel an event all or in part should the above be violated by one or all Guests on board.
- Group sizes are restricted to a maximum of 39 Guests.
- The Booking Guest will require the signature of a legal guardian agreeing to the Terms & Conditions of the Booking Contract and endorsement of damage deposit.
- If the pick-up and drop-off locations are not going to have the parent or legal guardian present, we also ask the booking party provide a chaperone over the age of 21 to be in attendance before, during, and after the event.
- These types of events are restricted from entering the downtown Vancouver area at any time during the tour.
